*Signature AgedCare* is not an old age home but primarily a Hospice, Rehabilitation, Palliative and a Geriatric Centre.
Its a home for those who have reached their post retirement phase, who needs supervision & care or are terminally ill. We provide round the clock professional nursing care who works in day shift and night shift to take care of our Residents. Apart from personalised & professional nursing care for our residents, we provide them with food, laundry, Doctor consultation, physiotherapy, counseling etc. Daily vitals are checked twice which makes our residents lead a care free old age. We handle most of the emergency situations and in times of hospitalization we provide them with bystanders too.

Signature AgedCare in the last 7 years have taken care of around 1600+ parents and have facilitated a peaceful, graceful & dignified death to over 300 people.
I would say that the "biggest blessing on earth after birth is a peaceful death"
Based on our experiences, We have proudly launched a unique and a global first time ever membership program called "Vayogen".
Vayogen is a membership program limited to 200 members to pre-secure ones terminal or last stages in life, ie. *End of life care*
Invariably towards the last stages, it is not you who decide for yourself but people around you and that turns out to be an emotional decision rather than a practical or rational decision. Many a times much to the dislike of the patient, they are put on invasive life saving equipments adding to the agony.
My philosophy is to "add life in to the days left rather than just adding the days"
The beauty of this plan is that you get to decide the level of treatment or care that you want in the last stages of your life.
A Vayogen Member stands to enjoy the following benefits:
- 350/700 days of TLC (Tender Loving Care) anytime during the members lifetime. (So to say, you pay at current rates and enjoy the benefits say 10 or 15 years later or in other words you enjoy price protection)
- Anytime admission in Signature AgedCare.
- Facilitation of 2nd & 3rd opinion from a neutral panel of Doctors
- Facilitation of a bystander during hospitalization
- Facilitation of Will Creation, Documentation & Execution
- Facilitation of Ambulance in case of emergency

Vayogen Gold Plan
₹5.00 lacs/350 days/Two Member/Multiple Entry as and when there is a requirement.
Vayogen Platinum Plan
₹10.00 lacs/700 days/Four Members/Multiple Entry as & when there is a requirement.
Exit Option
After 5 years, it can be surrendered. The unutilized days can be encashed too.
Charges include Rent, Nursing Care, Food, Laundry, Doctor Consultation, Physiotherapy. All services of Signature AgedCare are free for the member. Inshort Member pays for medicines & consumables only.
Effective Date of membership starts two years from date of payment.

The proceeds from Vayogen Membership will fund a state of the art building that is coming up in Edakkattuvayal, Mullamthuruthy. My philosophy is that I will repay in terms of Service rather than as interest to banks.
